Hi, I encountered the same problem, read a lot of fora on this topic including this one and tried all the possible solutions mentioned here. Nothing worked.
This tip I received from a member of the Dutch Honor forum, which seems to work: Phone manager > Clean up (brush) > settings (gear top right) > memory cleanup whitelist > de-select WA > cleanup.
When done, re-select WA.
Didn't see this tip here, so it seemed right for me to pass this on to you. Maybe it works for you too.
Crazy though why Honor itself doesn't repair this bug...
