buenas, tras hablar ayer con correos y reiterar que según ellos el contenedor 5237 no se encuentra en España elevé una reclamación a Singapore Post que en teoria fueron los encargados de traerlo desde China, pues bien esto es lo que me han respondido:
"We understand your concern regarding your article.Please be informed that your Registered Article arrived in Spain on 25 November 2016.
We wish to inform you that once the article arrives at the destination country, it is forwarded to recipient local postal department for delivery.
Therefore we would request you to kindly check with your local post office for further status of the article.
Alternatively, you may coordinate with the sender to raise an enquiry with their local post office and we will liaise with the destination postal administration to check the further status updates of your article."
Vamos que ellos están 100% seguros de que lo entregaron a Correos y que el contenedor lleva aquí casi 41 dias diga lo que diga Correos, he escrito también al vendedor para comunicarles la respuesta de Singapore y la alternativa que dan de hacer de intermediarios , espero respondan pronto.
