But in awake of the problem solution was found. But not thanks to Patriot Tech Support that is as its recommended you backup your data and reformat the SDCard without no LBA support using low level format which will take close to an hour.
Do NOT use SDFormatter Tool as it has LBA support.
So use Check Flash which you can Google it for link as its free. This should work for everyone and cut down the issue.
