Un bufete de abogados de EEUU esta investigando el caso para poner una demanda judicial a LG por el tema de la muerte súbita según han puesto el 12 de octubre en la petición de change.org:
LG G4 “Bootloop” Class Action Lawsuit Investigation
Santiago Archila
Alameda, CA
12 DE OCT. DE 2016 — First off, I want to thank you all for signing and sharing this petition. We recently topped 8,000(!) signatures, and judging by the comments, a huge percentage of the signatures are people that were personally affected by this issue. This is huge, and I encourage everyone to read through the comments here, https://www.change.org/p/lg-mobile-l...ctive-lg-g4s/c
to get a sense for how far-reaching this issue is.
I also wanted to let you all know that today, I spoke with an attorney at Girard Gibbs LLP in San Francisco. Thanks to the power of our petition, they are currently exploring a potential class action lawsuit against LG related to the bootloop defect, and investigating whether LG is responding to it in ways that violate U.S. consumer protection laws. If you live in the U.S.A. and have been affected by the bootloop defect, please visit their page:

Thanks again!

Lo del bufete de abogados es del mes de enero. Crees que si tuvieran fundamento no hubiera salido ya la demanda? Además cobran por asesorarte...
