Well noted your concern and we have reported this to our engieer team, we are checking the issue , would you please hlep to offer some information as below :
- please re-confirm if you can make and recevie the call when you receive the device at first ? or only after the update the OTA ,this issue happen ?
- what is your phone version number (setting -> about phone -> baseband version )
- waht is your imei number# ? if so , please advise .
- base on this ,if your device still fail to work ,would you please help to catch the mtklog based on attached procedure ?
Remarks : when you catch a mtklog, please connect to 3G /4G network then make phone and internet,
when the condition happened abnormal above , please close mtklog -> connect to your PC -> Copy mktlogo information -> sent to us .
