Of course it bootloops. You can´t flash the kernel in that Rom, it´s for
7044x.
You have to flash the kernel in Neo.Zion Miui Rom.
This Rom is great it has ota updates also. the russians did a great job
in these rom´s. the only thing is that don´t have Wifi because
of kernel drivers...

I think the best rom´s to port to prime 6 is 7044x Rom´s..
