Según la web de specs (en perfecto chino)

Sí que lleva la banda 20. Lo que habrá que ver es si instalada dicha ROM en el Redmi Note 3 Pro habilita dicha banda o no.
En el foro oficial de MIUI decían que si se instalaba en hardware diferente podría jorobar el IMEI:
NOTE: For the existing REDMI NOTE 3 Snapdragon: Download the specific ROM for the specific variant and as for the Special Edition you can choose from the Heading of the variant. For your info, using the wrong ROM will wipe off your imei information.
