For cm7 version you only need to wipe dalvik
For a2sd i recommend full wipe, or if you dont feel like it, at least delete contents of /sd-ext/app_s before flashing (this happens because after repacking the apks i have more free space on /system and move 3 apks from sd-ext to nand)
