Hay q desinstalar y volver a instalar WhatsApp, darle permisos autoinicio. Ponerle candado .
En ajustes / pantalla bloqueo decirle q te muestre notificaciones.
En ajustes / notificaciones que te las muestre en pantalla bloqueo.
Y asegurarse en ajustes/notificaciones q están activadas las notificaciones WhatsApp
