-Instalamos el apk (versión 3.0.8).
-copiamos la carpeta bia2 en el directorio gameloft/games
-Activamos modo avión.
-Ejecutamos el juego.
-Nos dirá que debemos descargar 1Mb (si dice 275Mb algo hacemos mal, repetimos el proceso).
-Pulsamos la tecla home y desactivamos el modo avión y activamos el Wifi.
-Volvemos al juego presionando la tecla home un segundo y seleccionando el icono del juego.
-Descargamos.

Ahora viene el momento raro de la instalación:

Como tardaba mucho en descargar 1 Mb y el led del Wifi no parpadeaba, he pulsado cancelar la instalación, y curiosamente me ha aparecido el mensaje de que el juego estaba instalado, no se si ha sido coincidencia o provocado por pulsar cancelar. Luego he pulsado ok para jugar y me ponía que necesitaba descargar o validar el juego, le he dado a NO y se ha ejecutado el juego correctamente.

Forma de hacer funcionar:
1- Instalar el apk en el telefono
2- Poner los datos de la sd en la ruta mencionada arriba
3- Poner datos en la carpeta titanium back up
4- Abrir el titanium backup y darle a: Copiar/restaurar
5-Buscar the settlers hd y darle a restaurar app+datos
6- A disfrutar del juegazo, en opciones lo poneis en español
