SOLUCIONADO, HICE ESTO
Reflash the twrp image.
Go to your ADB and fastboot files
Put the TWRP-cofface file in the adb folder with the other files
Put your phone in fastboot mode (turn it off and hold power+vol down)
Open command window in the folder (shift+right click) and type 'fastboot devices'
If you see your device, type 'fastboot flash recovery TWRP-COFFACE.img'
If it didn't error out on you, reboot into recovery which will be twrp!
