After installing the included USB drivers, start the flasing process, and after the phone enters download mode, in the device manager a device called "QHSUSB_BULK" wull come up. Right click on it and select Update driver, then select to choose a driver manually, then select to choose a driver from the list. It should say the current QHSUSB driver and a QLoader 9008. Select this one then restart the phone and the flashing tool too, then start the flashing process from the beginning. That's all
