tengo varios problemas:
a veces la voz se escucha robotizada o no se escucha
tarda al rededor de 2 min en prender

Eso lo hacen todas las roms de Android en la HD2. Es el inconveniente del MAGLDR

la bateria dura poco

Ni idea. Depende del uso, pero no pidas milagros

la memoria interna que tengo se llena con solo poner 3 programas

Eso es porque no has hecho partición Ext4 en la SD y solo tiene la memoria interna

la radio no funciona
la conexion con la cuenta de hotmail no siempre anda bien
los gps tardan demasiado en cojer señal
Y UNA DE LAS COSAS MAS IMPORTANTES NO SE CONECTA CON EL SYNC

El resto en un solo sitio: Llevas la versión 8 y están por la 12. Seguro que todas esas cosas se han ido actualizando y solucionando.

Lo del Sync no funciona en ninguna rom que no tenga Sense.
