bueno yo hice asi cuando lo instale desd cero:
- instale la jvu y cf-root(root y recovery cwm)
- entre al recovery hice wipe data, cache y dalvik
- instale la CM11 (viene con el recovery cwm) y le di reboot system now
- volvi a entrar al recovery hice wipe data, cache, dalvik
- instale la omnirom 5.1.1 (viene con el recovery twrp) no le di en reboot system now
- le di en reboot recovery, hice format data a f2fs
(wipe->advanced wipe->data->repair and change file system->f2fs) asi como esta imagen pero solo sleccione data...

- le di full wipe(wipe data, cache, dalvik y system)
- instale la omnirom 6, le di wipe cache/dalvik
- instale las gapps, le di wipe cache/dalvik
- instale susper su, le di wipe cache/dalvik
- le di reboot system now y listo
en mi caso yo instale xposed(descargue el .zip y .apk desd xda)
si ya tienen la omnirom 5.1.1 o una custom rom que tenga el recovery twrp solo tienen que:
-entrar al recovery y hacer format data a f2fs
-hacer full wipe(data, cache, dalvik y system)
-instalar la rom, gapps(usar gapps-config.txt), supersu
-wipe cache/dalvik
-reboot system now
