all you need is open your bootloader and flash twrp
when you have twrp flash zip superuser by chainfire with twrp
for open your bootloader you go to htc dev
for flash recovery you can flash with fastboot folder via fastboot usb
fastboot folder ( copy to C:/ on your pc )
