Tu windows es de 64bits?? Si no lo es, es la razon por la que se te ha briqueado.

Dicen lo siguiente para los briks:
For some users, this method works.
1. Go to the Recovery Mode by Volume Up and Power button.
2. Command Prompt, adb devices, adb reboot edl, the phone is restarting and MI Logo appears (sound of plugging device) enter the "adb reboot edl" one more time
3. edl is active
Después de esto ya tienes el móvil conectado y en modo download. Te queda la parte de cargar la Rom con el MiFlash y flashear.
