En cristiano: tienes que ser root, tras instalar Cerberus normalmente (desde Play Store) instalas Link2SD, la abres, ahí vas a la lista de aplicaciones instaladas, buscas Cerberus, dejas apretado en el nombre y seleccionas "Convert to system app".
Yo lo tengo así, no he probado a hacer un factory reset a ver si es verdad que sobrevive
pero tampoco me ha hecho ningún mal al teléfono
Pero vamos, que me imagino que sí que está como aplicación de Sistema porque al ir a Ajustes / Aplicaciones no me da la opción de desinstalarla.
