Ya me han contestado... lo que necesitaría una ayuda por parte vuestra... ya que la tercera opción que me dan no me queda muy clara:

Entiendo que la primera es devolución del dinero, la segunda devolución de 18$, lo que no sé si me lo devolverán a mi cuenta de Paypal... eso lo tendré que discutir con esta gente... pero la tercera? qué me quieren decir? que me envían otro móvil nuevo de reemplazo? pero que me hacen pagar 96$?
