Hi! I've tried just now but i got the same "14 days" message in chinese "用于申请解锁码的华为云帐号未在本手机上登录超过14天！" . I don't know the meaning but I think you must send an email or a tuit to Huawei with your problem or use the unlock DC program. So sorry about your situation. Patience and good luck
