Ya es raro, aunque puede que si te acabas de dar de alta necesites llevar algo más de tiempo como registrado, aunque no hayas posteado nada.
En cualquier caso si necesitas el archivo dimelo y vemos la forma de hacertelo llegar, no pesa más de 5mb (creo) con lo que no seria muy dificil.
