He encontrado los archivos de sistema que intervienen en el bluetooth:

Si cojo la versión de Miui 5.10.22, extraigo estos archivos, los sustituyo por los que tengo (dándoles sus pertinentes permisos), pasaría algo??????

Puedes intentar hacer un backup y comentar qué tal, ojalá funcione
