Watching carefully the info displayed at the screen of my Kaiser, I think that the problem might be a bad block that keeps appearing and that's probably why I can't install android.
Not sure though, because since I already had my kaiser with Hard-SPL, unlocked radio and SIM, I just followed the instructions of the android part of the tutorial!
Maybe I'll try with another microSD card to see what happens... Meanwhile back to WM!
