Yo más o menos seguí la guía de los rusos
1. Install QPST (I have 2.7 404) and MiFlash (I 2014.05.09.0)
2. Connect the phone without battery to the PC and then immediately press the button "on" on the phone. (derived 9008)
3. In emmcswdownload to put the boxes only(!) on Program Boot Loaders and Program MMC Device (by default the checkbox with NvBackup do not remove) and configure the software according to the prompts below
Sahara XML flash_local.xml
Load XML def... - rawprogram0.xml
Load Patch def.. patch0.xml
Flash Programmer file name - MPRG8926.mbn (enter manually)
Boot image - 8926_msimage.mbn (enter manually)
4. To uncheck Program MMC Device, press the "Browse..", select the port on which hangs the phone, press the button "Download". (The phone vibrates and restarts in the mode 9006)
5. Start MiFlash, click "Browse" to choose the folder with firmware. In the submenu "Advanced" (the arrow next to the "Browse" button) to complete the line as follows

Raw XML File - rawprogram0.xml
Patch XML File - patch0.xml
Next, click "OK"- "Refresh" - "Flash".
Pero al final lo que me funcionó creo que fue seguir solamente los pasos del miflash, instalando la rom 138 del hilo que comentaba más arriba.
Hay que hacerlo con el móvil sin batería. Me costó dios y ayuda, no se si tendría huevos ahora mismo de volver a cambiar la rom.
