Bueno mi duda ya me la respondo yo mismo:

Si se puede poner la JS8 Deodexed con el CSC Y Modem JPY español, lo he puesto así, luego le he metido el kernel speedmod-kernel-k13e-500hz-CWM
de aquí http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=822756 y le he puesto un tema Con los 5 Unlock Screens y el power menu extendido con bateria de Honneycomb y me a quedado muy chulo y todo funcionando perfectamente!
