Pues mira que te entiendo. Les envié numerosos mails explicando sobre mi desacuerdo sobre lo de la supuesta zona remota y nada. Al final cancelé mi orden y pedí me devolvieran el dinero. No hubo respuesta. Hice disputa vía paypal y tampoco, hasta que amenacé con escalar a reclamación, sin más tenía ya hecho mi refound sin palabra alguna.

I paid for a DHL express delivery.
Then you told me you were out of stock. I agreed to wait a week.
You supposed to send it to me and then you told me you had it back because I was on a DHL remote area, which is false as I have received DHL packages before.
You told I had two options: choose free delivery, God no! Or pay the difference on DHL plus a remote area fee. You can check my postal code 80270 Mexico, I live in a capital city... So I really do not understand why are you trying I pay more.
I explained this in the email I replied and I hadn't had an answer
