Bien pues he estado leyendo en otros foros y en realidad encuentro que son muchos los afectados y en su mayoria los que cuentan con dispositivos de 250gb de almacenamiento,todo indica que es un problema del firmware,por otro lado un chico instalo el SDE y posteriormente hizo un downgrade a un firmware mas estable y al parecer ya tiene nuevamente operativo su dispositivo.

I had the same problem. process.android.media crashing upon installing the new firmware. This made my devise useless, as the media player did not work properly and it would not recognize any new media. I cleared my media cache and it did nothing. The problem is that it would not begin scanning for new media. Did a re-installation of the new firmware, still had the problem. Then I reformatted the whole devise, and reinstalled the new firmware. This cleared both the internal memory and the 250gb drive (with all my media, which I backed up). Still did not work. After spending the whole weekend annoyed that a firmware update would ruin my ability to use the devise, I installed the SDE and then downgraded the devise to the prior firmware. This is really disappointing. In order to use my devise, I had to install the SDE (thus voiding my warranty) just to downgrade the devise. This pissed me off beyond all repair.

Espero no haber entendido mal el mensaje ya que mi ingles no es muy bueno y me he ayudado con el traductor de google, pero segun entiendo pudo instalar el SDE despues hizo un downgrade y da a entender que le funciona ya su tablet tomando en cuenta que se ha cargado la garantia de su aparato pero tomando en cuenta la clase de garantia que da archos que a mi personal forma de ver es mas que mediocre puede ser una solucion mas que sensata.
