Yo hice, como tambien se explica en XDA por el amigo Duttythroy:

1. With your phone on. Pull out your stylus.

3. Press and Hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip till message appear.

Aparte, sigo revisando el problema del ActiveSync y Mondilv en un post a otro usuario que tiene problemas :

"Activesync thru usb cable is not work sometimes.. Connect the cable and nothing happened, than disconnect it-reconnect, it works... "

It could be, if put usb cable to "sleeping" device.
Try wake up it before.

Pero al ser un problema con el cable, incluso instalando el Cab, no se me soluciona el problema, que recuerdo que lo tengo al conectar con Bluetooth.
