Vete a donde se desinstalan los programas (Panel de control\Programas\Programas y características), y busca lo siguiente y desinstálalo:
-Phone F USB driver.
-Phone USB Driver.
-Phone WM USB Driver.
-SUT LR.
Luego reinicia y vuelve a instalar el SUT LR.
Ya te detectará el Boston.
