Que yo sepa los comandos para instalar el firmware son estos:

Ya lo solucioné, era un conflicto entre el mfasboot y el bootloader solo me salte los dos primeros paso y ya.
Lo de los comando en casi todos los tutoriales suele ser como tu dices pero en algunos son distintos.
