Oops, it looks like bluetooth isn't enabled in the firmware. Enabling it in the android source code (setting BOARD_HAVE_BLUETOOTH := true in the BoardConfig.mk) will cause changes to:
libandroid_runtime.so
libaudioflinger.so (for a2dp support)

There is also a new library libbluedroid.so, as well as several libraries, utilities, and bluetoothd which are from bluez I guess.

I tried to replace the 2 libraries but when I rebooted the tablet it got stuck at the boot logo until I moved the original libs back. Maybe I need to use the source (config) from odroid or the froyo for smdk_v210 linked to in the first post of this thread.
