Instalar esa rom y despues instalar esto ya que sino os iniciara en fastboot

Please , use this update_kernel , now your issue should be solved !

Into TWRP, after you checked Install CM12.1 ( last update ) , please check Add More Zips ( now check update_kernel ), right now you can "Swipe to Confirm Flash" .

Please, let me know if your device boot into CM12.1 .
