Bueno, ya que nadie responde. La chinita me envió esto en un mensaje:

1.copy the files to the tf card.changr your tablet to make sure the battery is enough ,install the tf card in the tablet,click file manager,choose Directly,then transfer as the picture ,you can see the files in the tf card,
2,choose the update.zip file,copy it (as the tips),change to the tablet storage ,and paste the files
3.take out the tf card,and go to the setting ,choose tablet-update via card
4,after finish updating ,the tablet will restart
If your pc can recgnize the tablet
you can jsut copy it to the tablet directly
do not need to use tf card
