¿Has hecho un wipe cache/dalvik después de desinstalar el Xposed? ¿Te has puesto la última versión de ayer de la CM12.1? Flasheala de nuevo desde el recovery, y así no quedará rastro del Xposed.

¿Tiene alguna aplicación con root que juegue con los procesos? Creo que tenias el Greenify, yo le tengo especialmente mania a esta aplicación, y desaconsejo su uso. A mi me ha dado muchos quebraderos de cabeza, hibernandome servicios que no debería tocar.
