copiar este ultimo archivo donde se te instalo el archivo instalable.
tambien debes copiar la rom descomprimida.
estando en esta carpeta presionas shift+boton derecho del mouse y en la lista de opciones elijes : abrir una ventana de comandos aqui.
telefono apagado.
presionar tecla volumen abajo y tecla de power. unos 5 segundos.
conectar al pc.
vuelves a la ventana negra, escribes
mfasboot devices
si aparece algo es que tu telefono esta listo, ingresas estos comandos.

mfastboot flash boot boot.img
