Buenas, antes hice lo que me comentasteis. Eliminé todos los paises de la distribución y dejé solo España y realicé algunos cambios en la descripción (eliminar lo del premio y poner Aplicación no oficial en la primera frase). Me siguen denegando la actualización, pero ahora han cambiado el texto del correo que me envían desde Google:

Vamos, que según ellos ahora el problema reside en la ficha... Qué creeis vosotros que puedo modificar? Es que ya no sé que eliminar o poner para que esto pase el corte. Vaya tela con Google.

Pues con Apple fliparías en colorines, para empezar cada "Submit" de tu App tardan 2 semanas en aceptarlo o rechazarlo. Y eso si tienes suerte. Y los motivos son para ir a Cupertino y rajar a más de uno. Mi última app me la rechazaron porque "No tenía contenido", después de 3 días con mensajes con el "Reviewer" (tardan 24 horas en responderte a cada mensaje) lo convencí de que como cojones quería que hubiese contenido si la app no estaba publicada (el contenido lo generan los usuarios) y al final me la aceptó.

Te están diciendo lo que te decía mocelet antes, que estás usando contenido (logos, imágenes promocionales, etc) de terceros. Y también que tu producto puede confundirse con otros productos ya existentes. Vamos, que parece una app oficial del Cádiz.
