En xda-developers hay un hilo donde hay varios trucos para la HD, y entre ellos estan unos cuantos para añadir funcionalidades a la camara de fotos que te pego a continuación:

Supongo que lo que tu buscas es el modo "Sports", en principio con editar esa clave del registro ya tendrás la opción en la cámara de fotos.
