Vaya pues si pusiste los valores bien en manufacturing y guardaste los cambios debería funcionar, miraré a ver si veo algo relacionado con windows 8.1, lo mejor sería que probaras en windows 7 si lo tienes a mano.

He visto en un foro (

"After You read VID and PID go to manufacturing flash tool settings and change VID and PID in both places (see the photo in the attachment). After this it will start transfering files to Your device but it will stop on 10% or so and report error on the tablet but it is ok... This is the moment when You need to go to manufacturing flash tool settings again and choose restore to defaults. Click apply and ok and it will continue to 100%."
Al parecer cuando se les para al 10% van a donde pusimos los valores de VID y PID y le dan a restaurar valores por defecto, aplicar y parece que continua el flasheo, pero vamos yo al menos no tuve que hacer nada de eso.
En un tutorial de ramos i10 parece que también les pasa lo del 10% te dejo también el link
