WIPE DALVIK/CACHE when you flash the new build as "ART everywhere" is removed. You will only have to do this once.
It should be noted that "ART everywhere" is the changes that Sykopompos made and I'm undoing those changes, ART is still being used. The ROM still uses ART, just not "everywhere" (stock Android doesn't use ART "everywhere")
