There is a bug in the latest release R22 (at least it seems so). When I plug in a USB charger plugged in to a PC with Android debugging enabled, the charging is going to be switching off and on several times a second (it keeps flickering). Disabling debugging, using a wall socket or turning off the phone doesn't have this issue.
Not sure if anyone has reported this before. My version version before was, as far as I remember, R18 and it did not suffer from this issue.
