Viendo la gente tan sensible q hay en este post salgo de el y me voy donde hay temas mas interesantes q aqui, no me voy a molestar ni en mirar posibles contestaciones, no vale la pena.
Me parece buena idea, y recordarte que cuando se expresa una opinión en un foro público uno se expone a ser rebatido, esa es la grandeza de la libertad de expresión, y no siempre irán acompañados de emoticonos.
Por alusiones te diré que no hay descalificación alguna en mis comentarios y hacía una reflexión en general a partir de comentarios no solo este hilo, sino de xda y el foro de cyanogenmod.
Ignorancia es desconocimiento, ni más ni menos, no le busques tres pies al gato porque no es un insulto y probablemente yo sea mucho más ignorante que tú en infinidad de temas, no lo dudo.
Por mi parte dejo el tema porque al igual que tú he dicho lo que tenía que decir respecto a la situación en que se encuentra el desarrollo de cyanogenmod para galaxy i9000, al menos por ahora o hasta que aparezca otro debate, porque es una de las cosas que si se hacen bien enriquece el hilo, por eso me gustaría mantenerlo vivo y no en offtopic.

I don't think that a ETA is way to manage any expectation, instead it will generate more expectations. And strongly disagree with out that this is a problem of the SGS or even a problem of CM itself, its the way this project works. Its a hobby project and the headline is "it's done when it's done". I wont set any deadline to me even if it's just a soft one like an ETA. I'm working on this because it's fun to me and pleasure to give some open work to the community.
If have no fun working on it don't work on it. With an ETA i will loose that freedom to say "no i dan't want to work on this for a week now".
And the nature of programming makes it impossible to tell any proven ETA, even in big companies that is not possible, just because the management wants to release something that doesn't mean it will match that. If i calculate some time for a programming task that is not simple like "hello world" that calculation is totally guesswork. It will end up with something +-50% of the value i said when I started. You can't compare that tho something like assembling a car (e.g. we have 5 screws, placing a single screw take 1 minute, ok 5 will take 5 minutes). Programming is more like inventing a completely new car or a new model where now some variables but not all. And you won't be able to tell when the engine is finished or the break system when you start with the project.
respect our decision, we won't change that and we won't tell any ETA even if force us to do!
We have the bug tracker on the OP that is not 100% uptodate but a good place to look at, add the infos you can get from twitter and github, then you will have a quit good picture whats going, what we are working on and what progress we are making.
