Pus chicos el firmware no era el problema, si no mas bien el código proporcionado aquí y la herramienta. Hay que flashear con el fichero 4 también. De tal forma que quede así:

Yo después he borrado data también y ahora ya si que si. Confirmo que funciona sin problemas.
