Changes:
* DisplaySettings: Expanded Desktop
* QuickSettings: Screen timeout tile
* ScreenOffGesture: Circle gesture to start the camera
Currently only working on non secured lockscreen
* ScreenOffGesture: Settings to enable or disable the gestures
This is just enable/disable, not assigning the screen off gesture task. I might bring back the Slim's screen off gesture to live .
