Yo me he saltado algun paso, y me ha ido bien:
Reiniciar en recovery
wipe dalvik i cache
backup de la rom
wipe system, data
flash nigtly cm-12
reboot (que arranque la rom)
power off
recovery
wipe dalvik,cache, system, data
restaurar rom (no restaurar efs)
reboot
Facil, rapido y todo OK
