Fastboot Method

I recommend copying this file to your PC or somewhere safe as well.

Wipe your laf partition to enable fastboot fallback

dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/laf
Then power off the device, and plug in your USB cable to your PC, don't plug in the micro-USB end yet.

Hold volume up and plug the micro-USB in, you should be in fastboot now.

Grab the boot.img below and flash it with this command.

fastboot flash boot boot.img
Reboot by using the volume keys to select "Power Down" and press the power key to confirm, then boot up manually.

Flashify Method

Some tricks:
With the kernel installed you can reboot to fastboot (must wipe laf partition, see fastboot method) traditionally using "adb reboot bootloader" or any app that can reboot to bootloader.

You can use adb or terminal emulator to run "adb reboot furnace" or "reboot furnace" to reboot with a custom color configuration with a much cooler setting to the display.

Also included is interactive, fsync, simple_ondemand, and a heavily revised kcal driver.
