Bueno, pues esta es la solución que proponen en el foro que dice @MAIKEL8MOBILE, habrá que probarlo a ver si funciona, con esto entiendo que al cambiar la notificación de los mensajes / Email por otro tono el volumen del mismo no debería estar controlado por el de "notificación" sino por el de "melodía de llamada", vaya lío, no??
