Pues envíe ayer sendos mensajes al facebook de singpost y al de singpost customs care y estas han sido las respuestas:

O sea que alegrecompra debe de ser quien también se interese por el paquete ya que es el cliente de singpost, no nosotros.
En cualquier caso y como precaución voy a elevar disputa a paypal.
