siguelo al pie de la letra a mi me funciono perfecto
primero instala la rom que aparece ahi la gpe 4.4.4 con estos comandos
mfastboot flash boot boot.img
mfastboot flash recovery recovery.img
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.0
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.1
mfastboot flash system system.img_sparsechunk.2
mfastboot flash modem NON-HLOS.bin
mfastboot erase modemst1
mfastboot erase modemst2
mfastboot flash fsg fsg.mbn
mfastboot erase cache
mfastboot erase userdata
mfastboot reboot
el firmware de la gpe 4.4.4 la encuentras ahi al final cuando instales esa version te pedira actualizar a la rom lolipop y ahi el proceso va solo y sin fallas
