I im really active with china phones o bought 3 phones from you website and normally everything works great, a lot of friends ask me where they should buy the china phones and I always says antelife, in

So I bought a kingzone k1 turbo from your page, after 3 month the phone starts getting freeze and was not usable, when I switch it on after 15-30 seconds the screen gets freeze

I read a lot in the forums but no one knows the problem.
Since 2 months im traying to solve this insue with you, mi brother contact you, and you told him that he should send to you by post, we trayed but in spain there is not allowed to send phones o batterys I don’t know why. I trayed 3 times but I can not send the phone to china back to you, then you told him that he can send to your supplier in spain and he will send to china, now we want do this, but when he contacted you to get the address, he get’s the answear that you’re sorry but you con not do nothing, that you can not solve our problem.
So First you told me that 1 option is to send it back to your supplier in spain an now not…
That is a warranty insue so there must be a solution to solve it.
Please solve this problem, I got a theat in htcmania and in movilesdualsim about mi insue and they told me that I should contact you first for a last tray…

En español, me llego el kingzone k1 turbo, a los 3 meses empezo a congelarse la pantalla sin motivo aparente, contacte con su servicio tecnico que tenia que enviarlo, pero correos no deja enviar moviles, por lo que me dijeron que podia enviarlo a su almacen en españa y ellos lo enviaran a china, pero ahora me dicen que no pueden hacer nada que lo sienten.
Anteriormente me dicen que puedo enviarlo al almacen y ahora ni eso...
Solucionenlo porfavor ave si por aqui hacen caso ya que no contestan a mis e-mails...
PD: han sido 220€ que he gastado esperaba un minimo de servicio tecnico compresión etc.. es mucho dinero apra que luego no ayuden no ofrezcan solucion ninguna, reciben el dinero y se olvidan de lo demas
