I checked that link. I am using xposed, but I dont find safe mode option to reboot. :-s

Anyway, any other affected by the phone settings crash is using xposed?

Well, I got a temporary solution for this problem;

Use the Dialer.apk and Teleservice.apk from R10 and paste (make sure you backup both original files just to be sure) it in system/priv-app.

Got it fixed this way, but to make it sure wait for the devs' inspection for more info.
