This battery charging regimine is a one time operation, if you need to do this more than once a month, I would talk to Sprint about a replacement battery, but with the batteries we are looking into the issue further. We are not sure why this works, we like our customers have the HTC phones and were looking into forums and found this and it worked on all of our agents batteries, they all gained about 10 hours of battery life with regular use. We have also, tested how long the batteries take to charge and yes, this battery takes about 4 hours to charge, we are looking into this, but it is not an issue that will harm anything. You should be able to charge your battery while sleeping and you should not have a problem with the battery lasting all day, but again we are looking into the battery situation.
